Q:  How do you determine your offer?

A:  Here’s how we determine what to offer for your property:

1. We Determine The Market Value Of Your Home In Texas.

The first step is to create a comparative market analysis or a CMA. A CMA is the first step in determining what homes are comparable to yours. We look at all houses that have recently been sold within one mile of your property, with similar (comparable) characteristics to your home (same square footage, number of beds/baths, etc. ).

We then look at their sold price. This gives us a very accurate market value of your house if your house is in the exact same condition as these other houses that have been sold.

2. We Determine The Cost Of Repairs.

The cost of repairs is what it will cost to bring your house to a very similar condition as those that have recently sold in your area. During our walkthrough, we will note what repairs are needed. Don’t worry! You won’t have to make any repairs. This is just for our contractors to know what needs to be fixed once we buy your home.

3. We Make You An Offer.

Once we complete our walkthrough, we will finalize our offer and present you with a written cash offer.
